Moving on

The day you turn a page in your life, is certainly an unusual day which you remember. Rachele’s contract at the Imperial college - London, is coming to an end.
Today, Rachele is packing her research notes in the department of Physics, the superconducting atom chips are calling her in Singapore.

She is thoughtful rather than sad, conscious that it is her last moments in her office, last visit at the library, last wander through the corridors, last coffee at the cafeteria, last smiles with close knit colleagues.

Travel bags are stacked on the floor. Notes and booked are swiftly sorted ; recycling - may be - to sort tonight - keepers. Books, personal notes, handwritten work, photos are briefly inspected.

Barely any words are exchanged ; I took the photos perfectly unnoticed.
